WESTSIDE WHISTLE V. 3 I. 13
PSALM 16: A Mikhtam of David:
The LORD the Psalmist’s Portion in Life and Deliverer in Death.
1 Preserve me, o God, for I take refuge in You.
2 I said to the LORD, “you are my Lord;
I have no good besides You.”
3 As for the saints who are in the earth,
They are the majestic ones in whom is all my delight.
4 The sorrows of those who have bartered for another god will be multiplied;
I shall not pour out their dink offerings of blood,
Nor will I take their names upon my lips.
5 The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and my cup;
You support my lot.
6 The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;
Indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me.
7 I will bless the LORD who has counseled me;
Indeed, my mind instructs me in the night.
8 I have set the LORD continually before me;
Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices;
My flesh also will dwell securely.
10 For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol;
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.
11 You will make known to me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.

Please coordinate your menu offerings with Nancy Shores. Please bring your food items with you to the service to help save time in setting up for the luncheon. The paper goods are already taken care of for the pot luck. We expect our members to be in attendance. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the meal with us and stay for the meeting.

Our study of Joseph (Genesis 37 - 50) continues. You can listen to the sermons on our website at www.wsidebaptist.com under the [SERMONS] tab along the top of the menu bar. Please invite your friends and family to join us or to listen to them over the internet..
GREATER THINGS ARE HAPPENING:
Please join us Wednesday evenings starting @ 6:30PM at the Clarity Center for a time of focused prayer. Service projects and outreach activities often follow that you can participate in. If you can only stay for the prayer time, that is fine too. We do ask that you please enter quietly through the back door (the solid door straight across from the top of the ramp) in case there are clients still in the facility. This is to help protect their privacy and not disturb the workers at Clarity. THANK YOU .
HAVE A MOMENT OF JOY WITH US ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2010:
